Shipping & returns
How can I track my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We are offering tracked and insured shipping for all orders.

*Processing times: Once you place your order, there will be a 1-3 business day processing period before shipment.
Shipping time: After processing, Your Item/s will be packaged and shipped the same or next day!
Once you placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. (please check your junk or spam mail if you didn't receive it). Order updates will be sent via email so please check it frequently.
What is your return policy?
At Pawson, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Try our products out risk free for 30 days. If you don't love it, we will simply give you a full refund. Our products also comes with a 12 month warranty.
A "no returns needed" policy - if you have an issue with our product, we will simply replace it for you - no questions asked and no need to return the item to us.
